Our foundational programs align with ACMP’s Standard for Change Management and adult education best practices.
Graduates of the Leading Transformational Change program receive 54 hours of Professional Development Units (PDUs) towards the Association of Change Management Professional’s CCMP certification.

We also accept a select number of highly qualified and influential professional affiliate marketers.
Affiliate Partners must have a bank location in the United States, Canada or another qualified country. (See How do I get paid?)

Approved affiliates gain access to a personal Affiliate Portal in our system where you can manage and track your affiliate account, links and revenue.
Your portal enables you to create custom trackable links to any page on our website. You can share these links on your website, social media, in advertisements, during speaking events or anywhere you’d like.
You can create two types of links to track your traffic:
- Create a specific affiliate link that you can use for tracking specific campaigns
- Register your domain(s) (you get up to two) in the Affiliate Portal so that any traffic linked directly from your registered domains to our sites is tracked
If you want to track general traffic linked directly from your site, you must register your domain(s) in advance. (see How do I register my domains)
When someone from your network clicks your affiliate link and then purchases a qualifying product or service from our website within 90-days, you earn commission.
All link creation, tracking, reporting and payments are handled directly inside the Affiliate Portal on our website.
For Individual Affiliates
You earn commissions on all qualifying sales:
- 20% commission for net sale price of regular tuition
- 15% commission for net sale price of government or NGO tuition
For Association / Organization Affiliates
You earn commissions on all qualifying sales:
- 10% commission for net sale price of regular tuition
- 5% commission for net sale price of government or NGO tuition
Note to All Affiliates
We will continually add new products and services in the future that will also qualify for commissions as we expand this program and our online products and services.
Members of Affiliate Associations and Organizations receive a 10% discount for their members. This discount can be applied on top of whatever the current tuition price is, even the early-bird fee. It cannot be combined with other coupon codes.Approved Affiliates will find their coupon code inside of their Affiliate Dashboard.
We are launching with qualifying sales for the Leading Transformational Change program.
We will add new qualifying products and services in the future as we continue to expand this program and our online products and services.
You earn commission once Being First receives funds from your tracked affiliate-related sales (see How does the program work above).
You will be paid once monthly through our Affiliate Portal via an integrated digital Payouts Services. The payment deposits directly to your bank account. There is a minimum amount due of $500 required to receive payment. You will be prompted to set up a Payouts Services account after you gain access to the Affiliate Portal. To withdrawal your funds to your bank account, you must have a banking location in one of these countries approved by the Payouts Services*:

Absolutely! You have 24/7 access to reporting features inside your Affiliate Portal. You can run reports on:
- Visits and sales from your links
- Campaign stats from custom links
- Payments owed and received
Cookies expire 90-days after the link is first clicked by the prospect.

Yes! Although linking directly to a qualified product or services provides the best click-through rate, you can also link to any page on our website.

Yes, we use cutting-edge affiliate software that integrates with our websites: Breakthrough.BeingFirst.com and BeingFirst.com.
Our custom platform enables you to easily:
