The Leadership Breakthrough: Walk the Talk of Change (WTTC) program will unleash your potential for greater leadership of yourself and others.
Most leaders describe this program as “life and career changing” because of how deeply it impacts their ability to consistently bring their best self to their work, leadership, and family.
Walk the Talk is about pursuing breakthroughs within yourself and how you relate to others. You discover the personal breakthrough in your mindset and behavior that will have the most profound positive impact on your leadership and life. Then you learn how to achieve that breakthrough through pragmatic self-management practices, tools and techniques.
Â
Walk the Talk is about your journey to greater self-mastery. It begins with increasing your self-awareness and insight into what makes you tick as a person and leader. Then, you learn how to self-manage your internal states of being for greater focus, presence and centeredness so you can operate in the “flow” of high performance. You learn how to change self-limiting patterns in your mindsets and behavior so you can express more of your full potential.
You will gain extraordinary leadership capabilities because you develop deep insight into yourself and how to operate from higher and more effective states of being, working and relating. This opens a new set of possibilities for your life, your leadership and your impact in the world.
Â
The Change Process Leaders at York Regional Police talk about why it was important to send their leaders to Walk the Talk before launching their Culture Champion Network and how afterwards they had more traction in 1.5 months than they did in the full year before.Â
They also tell a powerful story about how leading with self-mastery helped stakeholders start their own development paths, increasing trust and engagement and their impact on the transformation’s success.
