Creating Your Multiple Project Integration Strategy (TLIE6)

This Tool supports the management of your overall change initiative after you have identified the range of sub-initiatives within it and where your effort fits in relation to the organization’s larger changes and other priorities. This work is part of the larger CLR Task: Clarify Overall Change Strategy (Task I.E.6). 

Your next step is to create a mechanism to coordinate the inevitable interfaces among all these change efforts so that the work is coordinated, streamlined, cost effective and most efficient. This mechanism is called a Multiple Project Integration Strategy. Your strategy must manage the interdependencies and coordinate resources and schedules during the planning, design, implementation and adoption of these various change initiatives.
