A Culture Change Discussion by Change Leaders from York Regional Police Who Put Thought Leadership into Practice

Ten key strategies rule the success or failure of transformation in organizations. Leaders and their change consultants succeed or fail to the degree they neglect or do not how to use these strategies optimally.

Maximizing stakeholder engagement is one of these key strategies. Most leaders and consultants know they need high engagement. They talk about it. They agree to it, but do not know how to actually do it – and the pandemic has only exacerbated the challenge.

In this Roundtable Discussion, you will learn one of the most powerful engagement strategies – the Culture Change Network. You will discover what it is and how to use it to measure, monitor and increase the level of engagement in your transformation.

Most importantly, you will learn directly from the two Change Process Leaders at York Regional Police who did a stellar job successfully deploying this strategy as an integral part of their three-year transformation.

Kate and Al will share their story about how they set up their Network of over 100 people, who they invited into it and how they did so. They will share the training they provided, and how they coalesced this frontline team into a powerful voice for transformation. They will also share how they engaged mid-managers uniquely in this strategy.

Come learn their best practices, key learning, and critical do’s and don’ts.

Discover how you can launch and leverage a Culture Change Network in your transformation to maximize both engagement and two-way communications.
