Thank you for taking a moment to read these important guidelines for our online communities and discussion forums. By using this site, you are agreeing to these guidelines.
The Center’s online community is a safe place for everyone interested in transformation. Our core belief is that conscious and awake people, developing and working together – co-creatively – can produce the most optimal, sustainable solutions to our most complex challenges, be they personal, organizational, social or environmental.
To help create a safe and trusting environment, we make you these promises:
- We will never share or sell your personal information or data
- You always have the ability to delete your profile and data at any time
- We walk our own talk, and each person on our team is committed to learning, growing and transforming through our interactions with you
- If we post affiliate links, they will be clearly marked and only from our trusted partners
- Share authentically
- Listen generously
- Stay open to new ideas
- Relate all community posts and discussions to either personal, organizational or social transformation, transformational change in general or transformational leadership
- Do not post anything you will regret later. Discussion posts and replies can only be deleted by Administrators
- Please refrain from posting or replying to any discussion that includes:
- Profanity
- Politics
- Judgments of people or groups
- Advertising or posts to other websites (unless you are an approved affiliate or partner of Being First)
We hope these guidelines create an enjoyable environment for you and your peers to learn and develop together deeply. By using this site, you agree to these guidelines. We will be closely monitoring all posted discussions and timelines and ask all community members for feedback. If you violate these guidelines, you will be immediately removed from this website as a user. If you are taking a course with a community group, you forfeit your participation in that course’s online group.
