The program is comprised of four 5-day in-person sessions, combined with pre-work and in-between assignments that are accessed online via our learning platform.
The first three in-person sessions take place at the Being First Center for Achieving Breakthrough in Durango, Colorado, USA. The last session typically takes place at La Fonda on the Plaza in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. See the next program schedule here.
During the five months of this program, you will be on a transformative journey, using the personal and organizational tools we teach you in your daily lives. It’s up to you how deeply you practice them. We don’t push and never judge. We are here to support you in your process throughout these five months and beyond.
The foundation of this course is Conscious Change Leadership, a leading-edge Field of Study and Practice pioneered by Dr. Dean Anderson and Dr. Linda Ackerman Anderson.
Conscious Change Leadership and Linda’s and Dean’s seminal books on this approach, Beyond Change Management: How to Achieve Breakthrough Results through Conscious Change Leadership and The Change Leader’s Roadmap: How to Navigate Your Organization’s Transformation, have been cited in over 600 academic and business papers and journals.

A minimum of five or more years of leading large-scale organizational or community change efforts or consulting to them.
Graduates receive 60 hours of Professional Development Units (PDUs) towards the Association of Change Management Professional's CCMP certification.

Your development doesn't stop at graduation. You'll have access to all course materials and discussions for one year in our private online community.
You'll also be invited to join our monthly global 4Sight community of practice virtual meetings to continue your development alongside other advanced practitioners.
To complete pre-work and in-between assignments, you will need a computer or tablet with internet access and audio / video capabilities (PC or Mac), and a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You are welcome to bring your laptop to the in-person sessions for taking notes.

But as change experts, we adapt and innovate. We are excited to introduce our new Leading Transformational Change: 10 Key Strategies for Breakthrough Results (LTC) online instructor-led program! Dive deep into the insights, guidance, and mastery that define 4Sight and discover even more strategic guidance in the LTC.
Both Leading Transformational Change and 4Sight provide insight and guidance to leading organizational transformation and the importance of self-mastery.
Where 4Sight provided more depth on how to use the Change Leader’s Roadmap Methodology (CLRM), the LTC provides a rich exploration of strategic thinking and paradigm shifts related to organizational transformation and introduces you to the framework of the CLRM. (Completing the LTC is also the first prerequisite for accessing the CLRM.)
4Sight also offered more experiential self-mastery practices than we are able to do within LTC, but you do learn and integrate simple self-mastery practices throughout the LTC program.
What’s more? We’re rolling out the online Change Leader’s Roadmap Methodology User Training and new Self-Mastery programs. Together with the LTC, these will encompass the essence of the 4Sight journey, redesigned for our digital age.
