A minimum of five or more years of leading large-scale organizational or community change efforts or consulting to them.
Graduates receive 60 hours of Professional Development Units (PDUs) towards the Association of Change Management Professional's CCMP certification.

Your development doesn't stop at graduation. You'll have access to all course materials and discussions for one year in our private online community.
You'll also be invited to join our monthly global 4Sight community of practice virtual meetings to continue your development alongside other advanced practitioners.
To complete pre-work and in-between assignments, you will need a computer or tablet with internet access and audio / video capabilities (PC or Mac), and a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You are welcome to bring your laptop to the in-person sessions for taking notes.

The last two years have brought many changes to the world and to our collective way of working. With all the implications around in-person events, we’ve had to take a step back to re-evaluate the 4Sight program. 4Sight was designed as a deeply immersive in-person experience. In the current reality, with travel restrictions and uncertainty on so many fronts, as well as transformations we have made within Being First in response to the pandemic, we are unable to continue providing the program as it is.
We know that many of you have anticipated attending 4Sight. We, too, were looking forward to sharing that experience with you. While nothing can replace the unique experience of 4Sight, we have a new online program available, Leading Transformational Change (LTC), that will give you many of the powerful benefits as the 4Sight program.
Both Leading Transformational Change and 4Sight provide insight and guidance to leading organizational transformation and the importance of self-mastery.
Where 4Sight provided more depth on how to use the Change Leader’s Roadmap Methodology (CLRM), the LTC provides a rich exploration of strategic thinking and paradigm shifts related to organizational transformation and introduces you to the framework of the CLRM. (Completing the LTC is also the first prerequisite for accessing the CLRM.)
4Sight also offered more experiential self-mastery practices than we are able to do within LTC, but you do learn and integrate simple self-mastery practices throughout the LTC program.
The good news is that we continue to adapt and respond to this new online world we live in. We are creating a new online CLRM User Training and Self-Mastery programs that will replace the remainder of what was covered in 4Sight. Together the LTC, the CLRM User Training, and our new Self-Mastery programs will ultimately replace the 4Sight program.

If for whatever reason Being First must cancel your participation in this program prior to the program starting, for no fault of your own, a full refund of your paid tuition will be provided.
If Being First must cancel your participation in this program after it has started because of some action on your part, we will refund whatever percentage of your fee you think is fair.
