Intro to Transformational Change

This mini course is the first activity in your Leading Transformational Change program (LTC). It prepares you to start the LTC course with an understanding of the core concepts and models on which the 10 strategies are based. It also provides a brief overview of the essential paradigm shift from Change Management to Change Leadership and on to Conscious Change Leadership, which is the level of capability the LTC program strives to build in every participant.

HOW TO ACCESS THIS COURSE

This mini course is available to participants of the Leading Transformational Change: 10 Strategies for Breakthrough Results course. Please login or Register in the LTC course to access.

To achieve sustained desired results from transformational changes, leaders and consultants need to have the understanding, skills, methods and knowledge for leading transformation in the best way.

This mini course is the first activity in your Leading Transformational Change program (LTC). It prepares you to start the LTC course with understanding of the core concepts and models on which the 10 strategies are based. This will set the foundation for you to learn the 10 LTC strategies with more understanding about their importance in transformation. 

This mini course describes the importance of achieving Breakthrough results and explains critical concepts and models that shape and drive your transformational strategy. It also provides a brief overview of the essential paradigm shift from Project Management to Change Management to Change Leadership and on to Conscious Change Leadership, which is the level of capability the LTC program strives to build in every participant.

We encourage you to maintain awareness of the concepts and models you learn in this mini course, as they are sprinkled throughout the 10 key strategies explored in the LTC course. We’ve also provided opportunities to apply two key concepts to your own change project.
