You will walk away with clear direction to increase the success of your transformational change effort.

It is like a navigation system. No one thing can solve issues. The system appears to be a methodology that allows continuous monitoring and reflecting on people and processes dynamics and adjusting the course of action.
I loved the idea of taking notes during the course to keep myself focused on the key elements discussed. It took only a couple of hours to work and think through, and has already prompted new thinking about how we address change management in the organization.
Essentially, several years ago I stopped my practice of trying to read everything about a certain topic. I took "the blue pill". I shifted my focus to a gold vein of people offering the right messages. Linda and Dean are offering an antidote to "the red pill". As a tip, place provocations all around you to keep yourself awake. Then, practice reflections.
